Terms and Conditions — er888 Pakistan Gaming Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must bet at er888 before bonus funds or associated winnings convert to withdrawal-eligible cash.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees — the sole currency in which er888 operates all transactions.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, payment, support, and promotional services available through er888.

To register and use er888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. er888 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering voluntarily and of your own free will, without coercion from any third party.
• You must be the beneficial owner of the payment method you use to deposit to er888 — you may not deposit funds on behalf of or from accounts belonging to another person.

• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of er888 or its gaming software providers.

Each eligible individual may register only one account at er888. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different mobile numbers, different devices, or different names — are strictly prohibited. er888 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts and will act on confirmed duplicates by suspending all associated accounts.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration and to keep this information current throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination with forfeiture of balance.

Account Security

Your er888 account credentials are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact er888 support immediately at support@er888.best. er888 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were not maintained by the account holder.

Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your er888 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must either be completed or the bonus funds forfeited. Withdrawal-eligible balances will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window following closure confirmation.

All financial transactions at er888 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). er888 does not apply currency conversion and does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits

• Mobile wallet deposits process within 60 seconds under normal conditions. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 4 hours to reflect.

Withdrawals

• Bonuses are credited to your er888 account as bonus funds and are tracked separately from deposited funds.
• A wagering requirement must be satisfied before bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawal-eligible. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each offer's terms — typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15× means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount).
• Wagering on games with different contribution rates may apply — not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds and associated wagering progress that remain at expiry are forfeited automatically.
• er888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted and activated an offer will not be retrospectively affected by its cancellation.
• One promotional offer per household and per device applies unless the offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.

Prohibited Activities

er888's Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR rewards by referring new players to the platform. The following conditions govern programme participation:

• Referred players must be genuinely new to er888 — they must not have a pre-existing registered account.
• Referral rewards are credited only when a referred player registers using the referrer's unique link and makes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 200.
• Referral rewards are credited as direct cash (not bonus funds) and are immediately withdrawal-eligible with no wagering requirement, subject to standard identity verification.
• er888 prohibits self-referral — creating a second account to generate a referral reward for your primary account is a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of both accounts.

• Monthly commission payments under the referral programme are calculated on net gaming revenue and are paid within the first five business days of the following calendar month.

Game content provided by third-party providers (including Spribe, Pragmatic Play, and other licensed studios) remains the intellectual property of those providers and is subject to their respective licence terms. er888 operates these games under valid licensing agreements and does not transfer any provider intellectual property rights to players.

er888 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While er888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. er888 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond er888's reasonable control.
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side that prevent timely cash-out in crash games or timely bet placement in any game.
• Losses sustained during normal gameplay — gaming involves financial risk and er888 does not guarantee any particular outcome or level of return.

er888's maximum liability to any player in relation to any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.

er888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect:

• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or cheating activity.

Where an account is suspended following confirmed breach, any balance comprising bonus funds will be forfeited. Deposited funds that are not subject to active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the original payment source following investigation, subject to AML obligations.

For crash games, the provably fair verification system allows players to independently verify any round outcome — er888 encourages players to use this tool before raising a formal dispute.
